There is no face-to-face interaction with patients; the pharmacy contracts with outside facilities and medications are mailed or delivered.

 

Educational and vocational requirements:

 
BS degree in Pharmacy.
Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
Knowledgeable about long term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws and other federal laws) that have an impact on both pharmacy and center operations is preferred.
Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
