This position is for post-doctoral fellow with expertise in computer science and/or statistical genetics. The person will work with a team of scientist developing algorithms and analysis tools for genome-wide association studies. Knowledge or training in SNP genotyping is preferred. Emphasis will be placed on individuals who already have Ph.D. level training in advanced statistical methods. Individuals with computer science Ph.D.?s will be considered. Ability to use statistical programming languages, such as R/Stata, S+ or related environments also a plus.
