President, The Institute for Continuing Healthcare Education (“Institute”)

President, the Institute for Continuing Healthcare Education (?Institute?) 

The Institute is a leader in the development and execution of independent, accredited, educational initiatives for health-care professionals and their patients. We are seeking a strong leader who is energetic, self-starting, and innovative to serve as President of the Institute.

 

In this integral role, the responsibilities will include: Identifying grant provider needs, managing the strategic direction of the Institute and grant provider activity, developing target audience needs assessment, and business plan.  This individual will have P&L responsibility for the Institute and will report to the Executive Management Team of Vox Medica, Inc.

 Resume and portfolio must exhibit evidence of the following:

 Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to grow a profitable enterpriseBachelor?s Degree required; Graduate Degree or advanced studies in healthcare or business preferred10+ years healthcare sector continuing education and communicationThorough knowledge of regulatory framework including accreditation regulations (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, CDR, and others), FDA regulations pertaining to industry involvement in scientific and educational activities, professional codes of ethics such as AMA and PhRMAPharmaceutical and biotech industry knowledge including phases of product development and role of education throughout product life cycleActive in industry associationsThorough knowledge of the principles of compliance in the pharmaceutical industryStrong communication skillsEducational theory and outcome assessments.
