General Description:
To provide Market Support to Ophthalmologist's who use our various systems. To act as a liaison between our customers and various internal functions, such as R&D, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Technical Services.

Minimum Qualifications:
* BS in appropriate scientific discipline
* 5-8 years experience in clinical or operating room setting, including presentation of data at scientific conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:
* OD, MD or PhD
* Experience with refractive products such as excimer lasers.

Essential Functions:
* Prepares and delivers technical presentations on all products associated with the program/project/product assigned, ie Custom Cornea, SKBM, Delta, LADARVision 4000.
* Conduct VIP tours of facility.
* Prepares the technical content of lectures for physicians and internal resources by gathering together clinical data from Clinical Trails and technical information from Senior Scientists and other technical personnel.
* Provides technical input to marketing for preparation of brochures and reviews literature for technical accuracy.
* Represents R&D at conferences, sales meetings, etc.
* Supports External Customers (Ophthalmologist) as well as internal customer such as our Technical Services Group in responding to field complaints and customer problems.
* Conducts clinical field validation of enhancements to current products and new products.
