Prio Authorization Pharmacy Technician

Performs, under general supervision, complex customer service/claims activities in support of the goals of customer satisfaction and retention using established policies, procedures and guidelines.
1-5 years relevant experience required. General knowledge of PC usage. Excellent verbal communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Pharm Tech Certificate required.

1-2 years retail pharmacy experience.
Must pass the prescreen questionare, good communication skills, will be speaking to Dr's and pharmacists regarding authorization of medicaitons.
High School Diploma is required.
Eighteen months of college level courses required. AA degree preferred. Minimum education may be waived in lieu of equivalent experience.
