Process Technician

Job Responsibilities & Description:
In this position employees will be responsible for execution of clinical operation according Standard Operating Procedures within CPS. Participation in the technology transfer of clinical candidates from development, and group or project meetings is expected. Perform initial review of manufacturing procedures and share responsibility of training production operations staff in clinical operations.

?Executes clinical operations according to Standard Operating procedures within Clinical Production Support. Capable of organizing daily routine when supervisors are not available. Knowledge of all processes in Production Support (Media, Buffer, Glassware). Ability to troubleshoot equipment & process issues. Responsible for interacting with scientist from other departments to maintain buffer & media schedule.
?Review logbook entries to ensure proper documentation. Review MFRs for completeness and accuracy.
?Act as an active member in group or project meetings. Changing routines and / or discussing changes necessary with management / supervision. ?Responsible for initiating work requests to address mechanical issues.
?Must complete all core cGMP and yearly cGMP refresher training. Responsible for training of new employees and also updating their own training files. ?Share the responsibility of training production operations staff in clinical operations
?Will provide oversight in the generation of SOP's and MFR records. Responsible for revising SOP's, writing Alert's, DDR, and CAPA's.
?Participates in the technology transfer of clinical candidates from development to large-scale production. Individuals may work with the scientific group to ensure MFR's are written and approved prior to start of a new campaign.

Qualifications:
Certificate or AS with 0-2 years experience and or 2-5 years of relevant experience
Complete core cGMP and yearly cGMP refresher training
Train on all relevant and departmental SOP's
Train on MCAS and SCADA
