Lab Pros, Inc. is looking for experienced processing engineers in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology arenas!
Our company is looking for an individual to be responsible for the the planning and conducting of process engineering studies to develop, scale-up, qualify, and validate processes in preparation for GMP Manufacturing activities. This position also assists with manufacturing and product engineering responsibilities as project needs fluctuate.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement process changes and improvements
Transfer processes from R&D to manufacturing
Assist manufacturing with writing and updating procedures and batch records
Assist with manufacturing build activities
Transfer of formulations to manufcturing
Review documents for process engineering and summarize processing activities for FDA
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
Expertise with GMP's and Quality Systems
Expertise with statistics for planning, conducting, and interpreting experiments
10+ years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device
Experience with sterile product manufacturing, sterilization validation, and process validation
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Documentation skills and analytical skills
