Product Manager/Associate Director of Marketing

Esteemed pharmaceutical organization with NDA approval is seeking a Product Manager/Associate Director of Marketing to join their team to support multiple therapeutic indications. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, position will develop and implement pre-launch, launch and/or on-going marketing plans for current and future products in the United States. Responsibilities will include activities related to the launch and marketing of assigned product(s), attainment of associated product objectives and maximization of each commercial opportunity. The position will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the product marketing plan including medical marketing strategies, tactics, resource allocation, budgeting, medical education company management, and life cycle management. The Product Manager/Associate Director will be an active member of the marketing team making sure time lines are set and met, thus ensuring a successful commercial process.

To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will posses the following:

????????? Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.

????????? 4 years? marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical industry with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.

????????? Medical education experience to include advisory boards; speaker training; program structure and content/material development and publication planning.

????????? Experience with Key Opinion Leader development and management.

????????? Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.

??????Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
