Product Marketing Manager - Medical Device Company
We are a global leader in the field of robotic assisted surgery.? Our products are used in minimally invasive surgical procedures in the areas of cardiac, urology, gynecology and pediatrics.? Our company is aggressively growing and we are looking to branch out into the Gynecology market.? We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to lead and implement key marketing programs to drive adoption of the technology within the Gynecology arena.?

Primary Function ? Develop, lead, and implement key marketing programs and sales support to drive procedure adoption of the technology.
?
Key Responsibilities
???????? Develop and implement the Company's presence at key GYN trade shows, including promotion, symposia, booth??? presentations, post graduate (PG) courses, live surgical broadcasts.
???????? Develop and implement PG course programs to maximize product training opportunities in GYN.
???????? Develop and implement live surgical broadcasts via the web (i.e., web casts) to educate and promote?the technology?for target GYN procedures.? Work with web cast company and marketing communications to promote clinical education event amongst target GYN surgeons and patient audiences.
???????? Develop key surgeon/hospital marketing programs to drive patients to the product's surgeons? practices.? Develop strategy, content, and implementation for templates to support surgeons? web sites, patient education seminar & materials, referring physician education seminar & materials, hospital grand rounds programs, and GYN surgeons listed on?our patient-facing website.
???????? Manage field communications to promote and debrief on all key marketing programs to maximize program value to impact GYN procedure adoption.
???????? Define and implement metrics to measure impact of marketing programs and help refine marketing mix & programs for maximum return.
???????? Brief new sales hires on marketing strategy, positioning, sales support, and key marketing programs to support GYN strategy.
???????? Develop and update sales support for assigned marketing programs.? Present new marketing programs and sales support at sales meetings.
Education, Experience, Skills
???????? 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a medical device company.? Surgical device experience preferred.
???????? Bachelor?s degree in life science or business discipline.? MBA a plus.
???????? Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver? high-impact marketing programs on-time and within budget to support overall GYN strategy and business objectives.
???????? Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents.
???????? Self-starter with ability to take leadership in unstructured environment.
???????? Able to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks.
???????? Must be well versed in MS Office Suite.
???????? Ability to travel 25-30%.? Some international travel may be required.

Key Deliverables
????????Collaboratively work to promote and produce web cast for target GYN procedure.
???????? Develop overall presence and marketing programs to support the Company at the Association of Advanced GYN Laparoscopists (AAGL) meeting including live surgical broadcasts, ?clinical symposia, PG course, promotion, and all field communication pre- and post-meeting.?
?
???????? Develop and implement post-graduate course plan and surgeon-led training programs.? Work with course directors to define?Company support and training objectives.? Work with Training & Sales to organize, staff, and provide demonstration equipment, instruments, and supplies.?

???????? Work with marketing communications to create? GYN web templates to carry brand through to our GYN surgeons? web sites.
???????? Work with Marketing Director to develop GYN Grand Rounds presentation, consisting of PowerPoint slide presentation with supporting video and speakers notes.? Review and finalize content with select GYN reference centers.?
???????? Work with key GYN reference center(s) to develop Referring Physician Education program.
