ChemicoMays is a leading supplier of Chemical Management solutions, recognized as a leader in providing superior on-site services, product technology, application expertise, process knowledge, chemical monitoring techniques, and overall system cost reduction.  ChemicoMays is currently seeking a dynamic on-site Program Manager with experience in the Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical arena for our Chemical Management division.  The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site program, managing all aspects of chemical use which includes: point of use delivery, inventory management, data collection, environmental oversight and waste collection. The candidate will act as liaison between customers and on-site contractors, interface with client personnel regarding service, shift and protocol changes, manage, train and direct on-site staff which includes: Environmental  Engineer, Information Manager, Inventory Manager and technicians. Candidate will prepare all required reports, implement and supervise policies and procedures for regulatory compliance in the environmental and safety industries.

 

Other Skills: Selected candidate should have project management expertise and the ability to define and refine processes. Candidate should have overall knowledge of the bio-tech and pharma fields, able to negotiate, possess good organizational and computer skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in purchasing, logistics, and material management preferred.

 

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering discipline and five (5) plus years of experience in a laboratory or research environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
