Responsibilities:

? Act as programming project manager for clinical protocols (developing project plans/timelines, conducting meetings, and directing the work of others).

? Write and maintain programming code for reporting of clinical data.

? Generate analysis files, summary tables, listings and graphs using SAS.

? Write SAS macro programs.

? Perform coding, tests, debugs and validation of programs.

? Interact with Medical Affairs staff and statistician to fulfill requests and resolve programming issues.

? Implement data management plans and statistical analysis plans with programming support.

? Use UNIX commands and scripts.Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree.

? Strong SAS programming skills.

? UNIX and Windows familiarity.

? Detail oriented and well organized.

? Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

? Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and CRF design.

? Previous experience as a lead programmer for clinical protocols.

? Minimum 5 years related experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
