Project Manager - IT
PROJECT MANAGER – IT Lowell , MA The primary role of the Project Manager is to provide tactical management, administration and leadership to project teams, in order to ensure that the project proceeds on time and within budget.
The position provides the client with timely project status information and serves as the key operational interface between the client and Perceptive.
The Project Manager will manage a variety of IT projects involving technology implementation, portal integration, product rollouts, business analysis, and testing.

Education: B.A. or B.S. in Life Sciences or Computer Science field, or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
' Minimum 5 years related business experience, including experience in a technical operations environment
' Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and project planning concepts
' Prior management experience preferred
' Working knowledge of web-based technology and relational database models (RDBMS)
' Understand issues surrounding client/server environments, web implementations, business urgency
' Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, and Dashboard software a plus.
