Project Specialist

Participate in the maintenance of computer related systems that support Manufacturing at Wyeth Biotech.
?Maintain logs and files related to system change control.
?Initiate change requests and perform risk/impact assessments.
?Work with SMEs to define scope of change.
?Write change control documentation including; specifications, test scripts and executed test scripts.
?Route all CC related documentation for review/approval.
?Maintain availability of supporting documentation for these systems including SOPs, release notes, User Manuals etc.
?Write end user communications in regards to how the change activities will effect them. (Shutdown, startup, training impact?etc)
?Identify and communicate, verbally and in writing, basic technical problems and help develop problem-solving solutions.
?Coordinate and perform training on the use of manufacturing databases.
?Perform routine administration of manufacturing databases including account management and oversee training requirements.
?Perform periodic reviews of manuals, logs, and all compliance related documentation.
?Identify opportunities for improvement with the Change Control business process.
?Maintain training requirements for the group.
?Provide general support for all department records management within the T&E Mfg. Informatics group.

Requirements:
?A BS Degree and 3+ years of experience in Application Support, in a regulated industry.
?Knowledge of computer system development life cycle methodology, including written requirements, specifications, unit testing, imlpementation and related documentation.
?The ability to develop effective working relationships in a cross-functional team is important.
?Experience with secure business driven computer applications is preferable.
?Ideal candidate should be able to write clear, concise and complete communications.
?The ideal candidate must have strong organization, communication & interpersonal skills.
