Q.A. Training Specialist

Essential functions include:
Identifies personnel training needs based on the SOPs, training databases and communication with department managers.
Maintains and updates personnel training databases, training records and other documentation of employee qualifications.
Prepares training schedules for various departments as needed or required.
Consults with departments and arranges training components to meet the needs of customers.
Responsible for delivery of training programs as assigned.
Assists in the research, analysis and evaluation of new training materials, delivery methods and techniques; assists in the management of training system audits; assists in filing system maintenance.
Prepares and distributes summary reports.
Assures project deadlines and performance standards are met.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources/Personnel Management or related field from an accredited college or university, and two (2) years experience as a Trainer in an analytical, quality assurance or manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of:
*Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.
*Standard training procedures, practices and protocols.
*Filing systems and practices.
*Computer systems and software applications.
*English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
*Current Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
