QA 4

We are currently looking to fill the role of QA 4 at our Berkeley site. 

 

Position Minimum Requirements:

Using Quality Engineering Tools (including Six Sigma, LEAN, statistical analysis, DOE, ANOVA), identify processes that are candidates of improvement in efficiency, reliability, and/or compliance.  Initiate these projects of improvement, and manage them to completion.

Masters several technical QA proficiencies

?  Manages specific areas of expertise, with little direction from management

?  Manages projects of significant scope

?  Fully qualified professional in all conventional areas of subject matter

?  Must demonstrate technical leadership

?  Advises organization on areas of expertise

 

? BS with 6+ years experience, MS with 4+years experience, PhD with 0-4 yrs experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Preferences:

In addition, would prefer training in any of the following:  LEAN and Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), ASQ Certification (CQE, CQA).

?  Prefer knowledge of small combination drug device submission experience.

?  Prefer experience in Aseptic Processing, Packaging, and Shipping.

? Prefer experience in statistical analysis software (SAS JMP, Minitab)
