Job Title: External Supply Change Control QA Specialist II
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be willing and able to lead/facilitate change control meetings and be able to work with staff at all levels to facilitate the implementation of changes in the commercial manufacturing environment.

The Quality Assurance Specialist II is responsible for assisting the QA Change Control Chairperson with the oversight and management of all Second/ Third Party changes for the Andover Commercial Quality Unit and includes:

? Coordinating Second and Third Party Change Control meetings
? Acting as the main liaison between Second/ Third parties and internal Quality Assurance functions
? Triage, processing, tracking and maintaining Change Control documentation files.
? Serve as QA Change Control representative on Project Teams.
? Preparation and presentation of metrics to senior management

Requirements:
? Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences / Engineering (or relevant field), and 3-5 years of cGMP experience, or M.S. + 2 years of cGMP experience.
? Change Control, or Validation experience strongly desired, strong analytical ability and Technical writing skills.
? Working knowledge of various computer software applications as this role will rely heavily on this computer-based application for the tracking of change.
? The ability to coordinate multiple activities and effectively set priorities.
? Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
? You must be a self-starter, be extremely attentive to detail, organized, creative and willing to contribute to the success of the team.
