Our Ethical Pharmaceutical Client, which was just a small pharmaceutical Company 10 years ago, has recently been acknowledged as the fastest growing pharmaceutical company in the country.  Through sound management, innovative technologies, strategic alliances and other progressive unique pharmaceutical practices; Our Client has become one of the most attractive employers in the pharmaceutical industry.  To continue this same progressive approach, so characteristic of this organization, we are now searching for the innovative Sr. Trainer, with knowledge of GMP?s to be apart of a new training department that isn?t looking for CANNED approaches towards training, but rather, developing CREATIVE ways in the interest having one of the most progressive training programs that the industry has ever seen.  Candidate interest should have the following a minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in a pharmaceutical industry-related field.  In addition, the incumbent must have a superior working knowledge of training techniques, cGMPs, the CFR (part 21) and be very proficient in Microsoft Office software.  Previous pharmaceutical-industry experience (5+ years) is required; preferably as a Trainer.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the desire to work very closely with all personnel, are essential.
