QA Auditor for the QA Operations Group
Night shift position, 12-hour rotating shifts

-Perform room releases, batch record reviews, and logbook reviews per cGMP and FDA guidelines.
-Oversee the production process and mentor production personnel on cGMP guidelines.
-Prepare, write, and revise batch records and standard operating procedures.
-Aid in troubleshooting production process problems.
-Assist in implementing quality management systems.

Requirements:

-B.S. degree in chemistry, biology, or similar is required.
-Knowledge of regulatory and compendial guidelines concerning the establishment, validation, and documentation of manufacturing facilities.
-Diverse experience in a GMP environment is required.
-Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Able and willing to teach and mentor with respect to a standard and philosophy of quality throughout all aspects of the organization.

-Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. May be requested to work off-shift occasionally in order to meet business needs.
-Must be willing to participate in a radiation safety program.

-Candidates entering into the interview process will be required to participate and to perform well in basic skills testing.
