As a Regional Quality Supervisor for our Mobile, AL location, you will be responsible for ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and FDA/IBR Quality Plans to facilitate Donor Center compliance and optimal QS performance. Duties will include developing, integrating, streamlining and assuring compliance with SOPs; coordinating audits/ report findings on quality assurance; evaluating/monitoring/troubleshooting customer complaints; assisting in developing a CAPA Plan; and supervising all quality supervisors within a specified region.

This position requires a BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related discipline and a minimum of five years' experience in a biologics/drug manufacturing or FDA regulated laboratory environment. Expertise and background in cGMP's and SOP implementation is required, as is knowledge of FDA regulations, quality control principles and QA audit functions.
