Clinical Diagnostics - Regional Service Manager 

 



The Company:

An industry leader in the business of Diagnostic Instrumentation and Reagents in search of a highly qualified individual to manage a team of service engineers to achieve customer satisfaction and financial service agreement goals.

The Opportunity:

Regional Service Manager Position with a top HealthCare / Diagnostics company.

 
Total P&L responsibility for territory operations including developing financial forecasts and tracking financial performance to ensure profitability.
Hiring and firing responsibility. 
Exercise broad scope in service delivery.  Coordinate service activities in support of sales and customer operations and work with sales to assist in securing new business and retaining current business.
Develop, generate, present, sell and manage service contracts, material and labor quotes.
Managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and budgeting technical service operations.
Secure and expand new technical service opportunities in the district.
Enforce current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of equipment, auto maintenance programs and other policies as required. 
Develop and foster strong working relationships with current customer base.
Recruit, train, develop and support district Field Service Engineers. 

 

Base: $80,000-$100,000 per year (Commensurate to experience)

Bonus:  $12,000
