Records and Imaging Coordinator -- Job #11466

As a Records and Imaging Coordinator, ideal candidate will provide reference services to all departments and levels of personnel. Create and maintain logs, computerized indexes, and databases to provide accurate status and retrieval of information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure effective security, storage, and retrieval of all proprietary and client information in accordance with established procedures. Includes usage of scanning equipment.
-Provide reference services to internal clients in accordance to SOPs and by maintaining accurate charge-out systems.
Imaging Services
-Operates scanning equipment using hardware specific software.
-Log, QC coding, file name the scanned image according to customer?s requirements (e.g. customer's naming conventions or Quintiles file structure).
-Perform QC processing to ensure the paper document matches the scanned image.
-Import the scanned image to the client's electronic document management system file structure or burn to CD.
-File all paper documents into the client's file folder structure after the scanning process.
-Provide guidance/direction to internal clients on customer's imaging requirements (e.g. coding).
-Gather and collect statistical data and prepares reports.
-Assists in the training and cross-training of new employees and users.
-Performs other tasks or assignments as delegated by Team Leader or RIM Management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with 2 years experience in an office environment; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
