Essential Skills:

Identify targeted opportunities; Assist in the clinical implementation of WHI integrated products to include but not limited to Pharmaceutical Care Center Products, disease state management programs, medication management programs and drug utilization review programs; Maintain and grow gross sales and profitability of existing and new products; Provide clinical support to Sales and Client Service teams; Develop, implement and manage financial and clinical reporting programs that track client plan activity and performance.



Qualifications:

B.S. in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred; Previous experience with active management of clinical programs in pharmacy benefits; Experience conducting internal training of clinical programs and external presentations; Previous formulary, medication management, and RDUR experience, making benefit design recommendations; Must be willing to travel for finalist presentations and client meetings; Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
