Reporting Analyst - Oracle Financial
Our client is an international health and life-sciences company that provides enabling products, services and information for the development of drugs and the management of disease. The Pharma CBS Reporting Analyst works within the Global IT Organization and is responsible for Oracle business systems.
The Reporting Analyst is an expert in gathering business requirements, defining reports, and ensuring delivery based on Oracle Financial and related business applications.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have strong analytical skills, experience with Oracle Financial applications in a regulated environment and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
The candidate will be expected to deliver accurate and meaningful reports for complex, international businesses with multiple currencies, legal entities, and inter-company transactions.
General Skills Description:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent and at least 3 years relevant work experience developing financial and analytical reports. Minimum 2 years experience working with Oracle Discoverer, Oracle tools, and OFA (Oracle Financial Analyzer) Good functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules ? particularly Financials, Contracts, and Projects Proven track record of performance in a dynamic business environment Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and working in a hybrid internal and outsourced environment. Must be able to manage multiple priorities based on business needs and technical requirements.? Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. Knowledge of regulatory issues and requirements associated with the pharmaceutical industry including compliance with specified control procedures, system validation requirements, policies and standardsExcellent communication skills
