A Senior Scientist is needed immediately to fill an Edible Film Technologist role to develop prototypes and formulations per customer requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develops prototypes and formulations to meet customer?s needs
? Prepares materials and performs laboratory examinations according to customer and sales requirements.
? Checks own work and work of others to ensure 100% accuracy.
? Balances multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
? Maintains a neat and organized work area and project files
? Supports sales with technical presentations  
? Communicates and follows up with customers regarding their product

REQUIREMENTS:
MS/BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field with an minimum of 3-5 years if industry experience in drug formulations and/or polymer science.  Experience in soluble films preferred.  Candidates must be motivated with a bright and eager attitude.
