Job Code: JC0604Job DescriptionsFurther set up protein purification and analysis system Select expression system based on the application, quantity, and protein features Clone the genes into expression system when necessary to produce the proteins of interest Perform and direct research scientist and associate to purify proteins produced in bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells for applications in research and product developmentTroubleshoot technical problemsCoordinate with other scientists and marketing and sales personnel for the application of purified proteins
QualificationsPh.D. in protein chemistry, biochemistry or related fieldKnowledge and experience in protein expression, purification and characterization Knowledge in protein structure for design of vaccine antigen and other recombinant chimeric proteins is highly desired Industry experience and familiar with GMP operation is a plusGood communication skills.
