Job Title: Sales Representative
Position Description and Requirements: Sales representatives are responsible for professionally promoting Lilly?s products to healthcare professionals with the goal of achieving sales growth in their respective territories. Representatives are expected to conduct analyses on product and marketing trends, develop and execute territory business plans, coordinate efforts with territory partners in a team environment, as well as accurately complete routine reports. Eli Lilly and Company requires that all candidates possess either a BA/BS degree preferably in pharmacy or business with a minimum of a 2.75 GPA. Additional education (MBA/Masters) is a plus. Candidates should have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills and be competitive, driven to succeed, and career oriented. Previous pharmaceutical or related sales experience is a plus. Candidates must live within the geographic boundaries of the territory for which they are being considered. Eli Lilly and Company will not relocate for this position. Compensation is highly competitive and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
