SAP Business Analyst (HR)

Contribute to the Human Resources and Time Administration business definition for numerous project implementations and provide integration points to external applications and vendors associated with an ongoing global SAP implementation. The Human Resources processes may include: Organization structure definition, Employee master, Workflow definition and, working with the technical team, integration of HR data to external providers (Benefits and Payroll). Responsibilities include defining systems implementation strategy and schedules, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping HR functions, system configuration, and defining security and support procedures. Additionally, supporting Employee Self Services (ESS) and Time Management (TM) by updating configuration, schemas, and developing/modifying work schedules as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? BS or equivalent experience preferred with a proven ability to manage software projects. Familiarity working with a regulated environment a plus.

? 2 - 5 years experience implementing within SAP HR

* Extensive experience with mentoring and training junior staff members

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Will be responsible for generation of technical/functional documentation.

? The required skills, knowledge and abilities are typically acquired through a minimum of 2-5 years experience managing with SAP in a manufacturing and business environment.

? Understanding of core SAP R/3 functionality and integration with mySAP business suites helpful.

? Ability to train end users on new processes and transactions.

? Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills using personal contact, telephone, and computer based communication methods.

? Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain software projects.
