Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

* The SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Manager is responsible for data integrity and thoroughness of all instrumentation master data within the SAP system. Technical objects will include: Functional locations, equipment, classifications, planner groups, work centers, metrics reports, and preventative maintenance strategies. In addition, the Master Data Manager will direct the day to day activities of the Storeroom Coordinator and the Calibration Coordinator. The successful candidate must have a B.S. in Engineering or related field. A minimum of 2 years of industry experience managing Master Data within SAP V4.X Plant Maintenance Module. > Fluent in development and documentation of SAP transactional process flows and procedures. Thorough experience in identifying and designing requirements, system development, testing, training and support in the areas of work orders, predictive maintenance, task management and some exposure to asset lifecycle management would be highly desirable. Proficient in computer skills required (MS Office). Qualified candidates must possess strong analytical skills as well as a demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Administer, modify, and update the SAP master data by establishing the necessary process map and procedures so that the database is maintained as documented by field installation. Provide leadership to the calibration coordinator. Ensure alignment of Stores Parts Inventory Management Program to Plant procedures and long term goals.Development data extraction methods for reporting process. Provide training, as required, on all aspects of SAP work identification, planning, scheduling, work execution and job closure.

* Administer all required changes to preventative maintenance task lists and update maintenance plan cycles as required.

* Support the total quality management initiative, align the quality process with the appropriate regulatory requirements, integrate processes and concepts that advance the consistent accuracy and high standards of the quality system.

* Promote safety and zero defect safety philosophy in CMMS design and implementation of SAP work flow systems. Exhibit active participation and leadership in safety meetings and issues regarding safety.

* Extract calibration schedule data and coordinate with outside vendors to complete calibrations within allotted time.
