Qualifications

Demonstrates experience with process reengineering techniques/tools such as process flowcharts, pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control charts.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at the highest level of accomplishment.

Talent for designing elaborate yet efficient TCP/IP networks and working in an ISP environment.

Multi-protocol network engineering experience. Knowledge of LAN/WAN internetworking principles and protocols including TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, SONET, VLAN, ATM, Frame Relay, and PPP.

Demonstrated experience in the design and monitoring of security for complex networks. Proven implementation of technically sound policies for secure usage, application development, and host design. Background includes firewalls, anti-virus, encryption algorithms, security protocols, and monitoring tools.

Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility.

Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
