SAS Programmer needed in Miami, Florida area- 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Take a break and escape to Florida for a 6-month contract.
MedFocus offers clinical and scientific research contract outsourcing and staffing specifically to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. We specialize in the nationwide recruitment of clinical trials personnel and scientific / laboratory personnel. MedFocus has grown substantially year after year since 1993 to achieve premier status as a top source of hiring for clinical research managers coast to coast.
Currently there is a need for an experienced clinical SAS programmer to support one of our pharmaceutical clients located in Florida (33326). We seek a talented and dedicated Clinical SAS Programmer, you do not have to be from the area.
Essential Functions:
? Statistical (SAS) programming of tables, listings, and graphs for clinical trial study reports.
? Statistical programming of analysis data sets for clinical trial study reports
? Planned and exploratory statistical analysis of clinical trial data.
? Review of statistical output and clinical study reports.
? QC of data displays of clinical trial data.
? Assist with manuscript and abstract preparation.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
? Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required; Masters degree preferred
? 4-6 years of SAS programming experience
? At least 1 year of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry specific SAS Programming experience
? Ideally SAS certified but not required
? Experience with CDISC
? Knowledge of CDISC standards is a huge plus
