Develop sales programs for McKesson Automation (MAI) that assist field sales in achieving unit, revenue and margin quota targets for each fiscal year. Manage the Patron Program for MAI in alignment with the McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT) developed program.

Work with MPT Field Marketing, MAI Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, Sales Support and the Professional Services group to design, develop, launch and monitor sales programs to drive business. Ensure that designed sales programs achieve the desired level of target participation by the field and generate the appropriate awareness of our solution sets and verify that the leads generated from sales programs appear on the sales forecast reports. Work with Sales Operations, Product Management and Accounting on all pricing incentives to verify alignment across the organization. Utilize the sales management forecasting reports to measure program progress and results by dollar and unit metrics. Compile relevant Executive Management financial reports to indicate closed business performance and trends across the regions. Prepare enterprise communications regarding sales programs, achievements and sales selling strategies. Assist with other projects and requests for information as assigned. Follow standard company and sales department practices and procedures. Maintain fiscal responsibility for all Company-related business expenses.Minimum Requirements

Minimum of three years of related experience. Marketing and/or Selling experience beneficial.Additional Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office systems including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Strong mathematical and project management skills preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills desired. Demonstrated organized approach to work assignments and adaptable approach to changing work priorities. Ability to deal with people diplomatically.Education
