Sales Representative - Medical Research Lab Supply

For over twenty years USA Scientific has been a leading supplier of laboratory products for molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, radiation safety, drug discovery, and high throughput screening. We have an opening for an outside sales representative to cover our Washington/Oregon territory. You will be based within an hour of Seattle and call on major universities, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.


Our ideal candidate will have a degree in life science and at least one year of sales experience. We will also consider candidates that are currently working in a laboratory but have a strong desire to be in sales.

 

If you have a strong work ethic and would enjoy seeing new people every day, this is the position for you. Our sales reps typically visit 20 - 30 laboratories each day. Although we have an established customer base, cold calling at existing accounts is an essential part of this position.

There is a reason our reps grow their income year after year ? we hire self-motivated professionals and give them the tools they need to succeed. Compensation includes salary, commission and auto reimbursement.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree ? preferably in the life sciences, lab experience is a plus
Customer Service Attitude - desire to go the extra mile for the customer

15-20% overnight travel
