Lab Pros, a division of Pro Source, and one of Waltham's leading scientific search firms, is seeking a goal-oriented self starter to join its team as a Scientific Account Manager & Recruiter. 

 

Responsibilities include, servicing existing clients, marketing and new business development. The Account Manager will establish and develop relationships with prospective clients through lead prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attendance at industry events. Will present sales proposals and negotiate agreements with new clients. Recruiting responsibilities include sourcing and screening scientific professionals for openings with clients companies within the Waltham scientific community. 

 

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in the life sciences and a combination of experience in laboratory research and recruiting or sales in the biotech/pharmaceutical industries, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
