Scientist II (Cryopreservation Cell Culture Specialist)

Kelly Scientific Resources is assisting a client in finding a Scientist II who would perform isolation and cryopreservation of hPBMC to support cellular immunoassay qualification and validation using gradient centrifugation and liquid nitrogen storage.
Additionally, this individual would organize clinical trial testing materials, organize clinical trial sample documents, order and manage lab supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this position include a BS in biology or a related science with 3-5 years of experience in immunology/microbiology, or a MS with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The qualified individual must have previous cell culture experience as well as experience in processing and cryopreserving hPBMC. The individual must be willing to work with human blood and blood derivatives. Experience in a GLP environment preferred but not necessary.
