Seeking Experienced Clinical Professionals for Upcoming Studies

Metropolitan Research Associates is a Manhattan-based full-service CRO and Clinical Research Staffing Firm.  MRA is a catalyst in the CRO and clinical staffing industry, and we are currently experiencing tremendous growth. We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, and are seeking experienced clinical professionals for the following positions:

 

Jr. CRA: BA/BS in a life science or related field is required. Minimum 2+ years Field Monitoring experience with a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is also required. This person must be willing to travel 30%.

 

2 Lead CRAs: BA/BS in a life science or related field is required. Minimum 3+ years Field Monitoring experience with a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is also required. This person must be willing to travel 50-60%.

 

2 Regional CRAs East Coast or Southeast: BA/BS in a life science or related field is required. Minimum 2+ years Field Monitoring experience with a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is also required. This person must be willing to travel 50-60%.

 

Regional CRAs West Coast: BA/BS in a life science or related field is required. Minimum 2+ years Field Monitoring experience with a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is also required. This person must be willing to travel 50-60%.

 

Regional CRAs Midwest: BA/BS in a life science or related field is required. Minimum 2+ years Field Monitoring experience with a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is also required. This person must be willing to travel 50-60%.

 

Clinical Trial Manager: BA/BS degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or RN preferred. 3+ years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry required. This person will be working In-House in our NYC office.

 

Contracts Administrator: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration is preferred. 2 to 4 years CRO/pharmaceutical experience required. Contract negotiation experience is not required but is a strong plus. This is an office-based position that may require occasional light travel.

 

Sr. Director of Clinical Operations:  Candidates should possess a minimum of 8-12 years of clinical research in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with 3+ years as head of clinical operations. S/he should have extensive knowledge in Clinical Trial Management in a CRO setting, including demonstrated working knowledge of details and issues involved in operational aspects of clinical trial and drug safety management, familiarity with IND/NDA filings, logistics, and GCP regulation. Advanced education in medical/heath field is highly preferred (PhD, MS/MA). A BA in a scientific discipline is required.
