Our Branded Products Division is searching for Senior Clinical Research Associates to work in our Piscataway, NJ location.

 

In this capacity, you will work closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Program Manager to oversee pain-related clinical programs to include on-site visitation of investigator sites and to provide general leadership and mentoring of other CRAs.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

- Performing and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with GCPs and SOPs to assess the safety and efficacy of the investigational products

- Conducting site visits to determine protocol and regulatory compliance, and prepares required documentation

- Representing Alpharma in the medical research community and develops collaborative relationships with investigative sites and client company associates

- Analyze and evaluate clinical data

- Required to travel 50% on average

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or certification in a related profession (RN, MT, PA)

- Must have a minimum of 5 years as a clinical monitor

- Must have knowledge of FDA regulations

- Excellent understanding of and maintain a working knowledge of GCPs and SOPs

- Strong analytical skills / must be detailed oriented

- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology

- Effective oral and written communication skills
