Senior Clinical Trial Manager

A large pharmaceutical company located in New Jersey, currently has an opening for a Senior Clinical Trial Manager.

Job Responsibilities:Able to lead a study management team responsible for study execution by defining, implementing and monitoring study execution strategies and study team objectives. Responsible for the development and management of the overall study budget. Ensure the successful conduct of trials to time, cost, and quality metrics. Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with State and Federal regulations, GCP regulations, ICH guidelines and internal SOPs. Review and provide feedback on the specifications for the development and execution of agreements for contract research services with vendors/CROs.Monitor the progress of outsourced work through to final acceptance of deliverables.Responsible for quality control of work performed by CROs/vendors.

Required Skills:Minimum five years of clinical trial management experience, budget and timelines management. Minimum three years experience in managing CROs and central labs.Demonstrated proficiency in management of clinical drug studies/projects (from initiation to closure) of complex nature, multi-center, including experience developing and managing study budgets.Experience managing outsourced work.Effective interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), time management, presentation and organizational skills.Bachelor?s degree required, relevant scientific or health-care related discipline preferred.
