Senior Director - Orthobiologics Development

Our client is a global leader in the processing of human bone and connective tissue for transplantation and an innovator in the development, manufacturing and marketing of biologic, biomaterial and device systems for musculoskeletal surgery. With a particular focus on spinal, trauma, and total joint revision procedures, the Company's current and development-stage technologies address needs within numerous musculoskeletal disciplines.

 

Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to direct and control all phases of the product development process including designing, testing and validation of new products, will also manage the development schedule and design process, will also work with marketing, sales and manufacturing to complete the product commercialization.

 

Successful candidates must have these minimum capabilities to be considered for this position:  Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA desired; minimum 10 years medical/surgical business experience; minimum 10 years marketing experience preferred; 5 to 10 years prior management experience required; experience launching new products, developing strategies and tactics resulting in achieved sales forecasts; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate business opportunities.

 

Location:  Eatontown, New Jersey

Compensation:  $110,000 - $150,000 plus bonus plus options
