Job Summary:

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as an enabler of technology to ensure accurate Human Resource data throughout the system and the interfaces to third party vendors. This position partners with other HR staff to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. Responsible for one or more of the functional phases of the HRIS standard life cycle development to include fit gap analysis, requirements development, testing, and implementation. Detailed analytical ability to focus on the smallest detail but still maintain perspective of the big picture.


Job Responsibilities:
? Define and evaluate HR business processes based on business requirements and best practices, and map against PeopleSoft functionality
? Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
? Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
? Partner with other internal and external customers and groups to analyze workflow, recommend improvements, and implement integrated processes and systems
? Serve as HR analytical expert providing essential information for a dashboard of trends in all areas of HR
? Perform PeopleSoft HRMS table set up and maintenance
? Develop and maintain PeopleSoft documentation of processes and procedures
? Provide PeopleSoft training to end users
? Recommend analytical methods and tools to enhance the decision-making process
? Research and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems
? Recommend and document solutions to requirement gaps and system standard functionality
? Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies
? Other special projects as assigned




Essential Skills:

? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or other related discipline required
? Master?s degree in Human Resources Management, MIS, or Computer Science preferred
? Minimum of 5-7 years HRIS experience supporting global enterprise-wide HR related systems and a solid working knowledge of HR related functions
? Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleTools and Crystal Reports required
? Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools
? Requires knowledge of core HR processes as well as experience working with third party vendors
? This position also supports and coordinates the HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
? Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
? Candidates should have strong project leadership skills and the proven ability to prioritize work
