Site Contract Administrator - Construction

 

Sabre Systems, Inc. is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for the post of Site Contract Administrator.  You will provide commercial oversight, procurement, co-ordination, expediting and contract administration for procurement transactions regarding capital construction projects.  Perform evaluation of data regarding suppliers, market initiatives and develop cost savings initiatives. Operate as the key construction and engineering contract expert including local regulations, competitive markets, facilitation of contract negotiations and bid analysis, supply chain management while ensuring best quality, service and price are achieved.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

You will need a minimum 5+ years Project Management, Project Engineering or Procurement experience to include planning and managing capital projects including use of engineering and construction management firms.

 

Must be proficient in strategic sourcing practices,  procurement process, requisitioning and purchasing of materials, contract negotiations, commercial terms and conditions, suppliers relationship management and service level agreements, contract law, local regulations and policies regarding construction, know the capabilities of local construction subcontractors as well as engineering and contractor firms, project management skills, negotiation skills, superior analytical and decision making skills, PC proficient, field office construction experience and electronic sourcing.

 

BS/MS/MBA/CPM desired or equivalent expertise regarding commercial activities associated with engineering construction projects.
