We are seeking an enthusiastic Site Relations Specialist to join the team in our RTP, NC office.
These individuals will attend pre-study meetings with Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, and Site Startup to propose strategy for identifying potential investigators for a given study. With some direction from management, these candidates will use site performance metrics, business relationships, feasibility data, and company datasets to efficiently execute job responsibilities. These individuals will maintain & manage data tracking entries into designated clinical tracking systems (InnTrax) in accordance with project requirements. Candidates will work with sponsors & internal team members to establish boilerplate documents necessary for startup, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) & Site Interest Forms (SIFs), and will also work to establish negotiation parameters for CDAs. Candidates will spend a great deal of time on the phone with sites either recruiting new sites, or following up to be sure that CDAs and other required documentation is obtained. The Site Relations Specialists will also provide weekly updates to project teams (Project Managers and CTLs) and will also be responsible for feasibility studies. Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, and 3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. If this sounds like you, please apply!
