Job Description: The Research Associate, Advanced Clinical Research and New Medical Device Development will be responsible for working with the Emerging Indications team to research applications for medical devices and modifications of existing devices for new applications.


Research and write descriptions of new applications and devices for communication to other internal staff.

Obtain, read, and prepare a review of medical and scientific literature relevant to new applications and devices for neuromodulation.

Meet with internal and external researchers to gather information on new applications and devices for neuromodulation.

Prepare summary reports of gathered information.

Must have very good written and verbal communication skills

B.S. or M.S. in Neuroscience, Biology, or other biological science field, or a B.S., B.E., M.S., or M.E. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.

Occasional trips to UCLA library for acquisition of scientific literature
