 Sr. Analyst, Clinical Services

Responsibilities: As an individual contributor, exhibit leadership behaviors by setting for oneself aggressive standards and goals. Take personal accountability for the accuracy and timeliness (through adherence to the Clinical Services Service Level Agreement) of all studies and projects under own management. Provide the Clinical Services team 100% visibility into the developments, progress, activities and results under own responsibility. Manage time appropriately to ensure adherence to the Clinical Services SLA and other appropriate timelines for assigned projects and/or tasks. Track and report appropriate performance metrics. Suggest and, when appropriate, lead improvement strategies to Clinical Services management through analysis of metrics and other data sources, in addition to implementing appropriate interventions to achieve improvement.
