Position Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate/CRA

Location: Northeast New Jersey.

Compensation/Benefits:

Base compensation will range from the high $70s to the mid $80s.  This will also include a bonus and top-tier benefits including: 100% tuition reimbursement, a generous 401(k) plan, and exceptional on-site facilities/perks including Child Care, Staff Training, Fitness Center, etc.



Responsibilities: Challenges, Expectations and Deliverables for this positionIn a nutshell, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of oncology clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.Liaise with local marketing and business affiliates by establishing relationships which foster communication, shared knowledge and skills and provide customers with consistent support from both the Development and Business organizations.Manage both internal regional/traveling monitors as well as CRO staff.Cross functional management/participation (e.g., data management, clinical science, statistics, etc) for the duration of trials.Budget, timeline, and resource management across your assigned trials.Travel will be about 5-10%.

 

Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:BS/BA degree in a scientific or life sciences area of study is preferred.1-4 years of CRA experience gained with a CRO or Pharmaceutical Company working on Phase I - III clinical studies.Oncology experience is required. They also have an available Sr. CRA position on their Primary Care team, where multiple therapeutic areas are accepted.Clinical field monitoring experience is a plus. Even though they use CROs to handle day-to-day field monitoring, they value CRAs who have such experience themselves.
