Sr. CRA, Phase IV, in-house, Successful New Jersey Pharma

Profile: A very successful and stable pharmaceutical company is looking for a full-time Sr. CRA to join a team conducting global Phase IV studies on a blockbuster drug in a very high profile therapeutic area. This is a unique opportunity because you gain the depth and breadth of experience you typically only find in a small company, but at the same time you enjoy the stability and resources of a large and successful pharmaceutical company. Located in an attractive area of Northwest NJ in the heart of New Jersey?s Pharmaceutical Corridor, it is within commuting distance of New York City (via bus too), Jersey City/Hoboken, the Tapanzee Bridge, the Pennsylvania border, and the Bridgewater area. Unusual for a New Jersey pharmaceutical company, this firm will offer relocation assistance for this level position.

Location: Located in the Parsippany/Morristown metro area. A multitude of housing options are available in suburban, rural, and urban settings.

Compensation: Base compensation will likely run in the $70s to low $80s plus bonus, an attractive 401(k) plan, immediate tuition reimbursement, and flex time.

 

Responsibilities in a Nutshell: Planning, designing, budgeting, managing and reporting on domestic and global studies, primarily Phase IV. Work on preparing and writing Protocols, Investigator Brochures, IND annual updates, CRFs, ICFs, as well as CSRs and NDAs.Management of CROs and other vendors.Planning and presenting at Investigator meetings.



Experiences Desired in a Nutshell:3+ years of CRA experience for a pharma/biotech or CRO.Late Phase experience is a plus, but not required.Both in-house and field monitoring experience would be a plus. BS/BA degree in a scientific or life sciences area of study or BSN at a minimum. A relevant graduate degree would be a plus. They will consider candidates from a wide range of therapeutic areas. Ability to operate independently in an empowered team environment.Experience in protocol, consent, and CRF development is a plus.

 

Travel: 15 - 20%
