Sr. Clinical Database Design Analyst

The objective of a Senior Clinical Database Design Analyst is to act as a lead data manager for one or more projects. They have demonstrated successful completion of database design tasks with quality and speed. Sr. CDD Analysts will perform the tasks of an Clinical Database Design Analyst as well as higher level data management activities such as: project management; database design and setup; independent review of CDM deliverables; Medical Coding, etc. Provide data management oversight for clinical trial databases with limited supervision.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience that provides the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the job, preferably in a biological or clinical field or in software development.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional environment, preferably with clinical or medical data or in a software development environment, and 2 years of data management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Experience that demonstrates strong attention to detail, care, and skill with numbers, and orientation toward careful meticulous work.
? Experience with interactive computer programs.
? Knowledge of medical and/or clinical trial terminology is required.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
? Position requires interaction with internal and external customers, thus good interpersonal skills are required.
? High degree of confidentiality with medical records and client?s proprietary data
