Position Description:

Responsible for managing engineering and facility projects such as: construction, utility and facility upgrade projects. Manages projects from inception to completion. Prepares project budget and timeline. Leads the competitive bidding process. Leads the project team (internal and external)in the following areas: development of concept drawings and specifications, vendor selection, adherence to schedule, project budget management, activities coordination, risk management. Meets with internal customers and vendors to develop project scope and user requirements specifications in order to meet GMP's and B&L requirements, and all other local and federal codes and regulations. Previous construction experience highly desired.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Engineering. Minimum 3-6 years of relevant project management experience. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Previous training in one or more of the following areas is desired: project management, cGMP, construction and budget management, clean room construction, HVAC design.
