Position Description:
Responsible for the consumer and patient marketing efforts for Sculptra.
Specific responsibilities include market analysis, forecasting patient demand, strategic direction, tactical development and implementation, and budget management.
Serve as the liaison between several cross-functional areas such as Sales, Professional marketing, Drug Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, E business and Finance.
Must be able to work, on a daily basis, in complex team structure with US cross-functional departments and agency partners.
Ability to work with some degree of ambiguity and maintain an open and flexible attitude.

Qualifications:
Requirements: BS/BA Degree (MBA preferred).
Product Management experience required (minimum 4 years)
3 - 4 years of marketing experience within the skin care industry as well as Packaged Goods experience (ideally from a classical package goods company. Agency and/or manufacturing experience will be considered.
Significant experience with understanding how to create a comprehensive/synergistic consumer marketing campaign that will include defining strategy, appropriate consumer target and communication objectives, as well as developing non-traditional and traditional medium communication plans including mass TV and print campaigns.
