Sr. Manager, Quality Systems
Warsaw, IN

Assist the Director of Quality Control and help manage staff, as you provide technical support to our Manufacturing division. This entails coordinating training activities, managing the documentation process and ensuring compliance with federal and local government agency requirements. Additionally, you will perform audits, report current project status and maintain correspondence with corporate headquarters, outside vendors, test labs and government agencies.

Our qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or other related field and 8+ years of experience in Quality Systems with 2+ years in a managerial role. A working knowledge of all regulatory standards and certification as an ASQ Quality Manager, Lead Auditor or Quality Auditor is also required. Proven success using MAPICS or an equivalent production control computer system is preferred.
