Sr Scientist, Pharmacokinetics

Job Description Responsible for non-clinical pharmacokinetic/toxicokinetic and related ADME studies on both small molecules and biologics that support the advancement of early and late stage programs. Duties will include designing studies, overseeing CRO study phase, analyzing and reporting of the data. Will interact with toxicologists, discovery scientists, clinical scientists and regulatory representatives to develop and execute development strategy for drug candidates. Will participate on cross-functional project teams, provide functional input, lead and support plans according to project needs, timelines and priorities. Will be in charge of writing relevant regulatory documents, and interaction with and responding to regulatory authorities.

Qualifications
Experience using pharmacokinetic modeling software such as WinNonlin, WinNonmix, or NonMem is essential. Thorough understanding and current knowledge of ADME principles and interspecies scaling. Seeking the ability to incorporate in-vitro ADME studies information with in-vivo PK data. Experience with regulatory submissions and managing multiple projects is sought. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Education
Candidates should possess a PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology or Pharmaceutical Sciences with 5+ years of experience.
